For more than 25 years, the American Lung Association® of Washington has offered thousands of cyclists the quintessential Pacific Northwest experience!

Trek Tri-Island will bring together bike riders like yourself from around the country to experience the best of the San Juan Islands. Trek Tri-Island offers magnificent scenery, lots of fun, and professional support because you worked hard to raise funds which make a difference in the lives of children and adults.

Join us for our Kick-Off Celebration at Anacortes Middle School Friday September 19. Dinner will be provided between 6-8pm. Friday night will be the final time to hand in the last of your fundraising efforts. This will be a great opportunity to meet and mingle with your fellow Trekkers!

As the sun rises the morning of the 20th, we will awake to a wonderful breakfast and catch the ferry for San Juan Island. We will spend the day riding the beautiful San Juan Island and stop for the night at the San Juan County Fairgrounds. For those of you who prefer a hotel room versus camping, I will send you information on our host hotels once you are registered for the trip. Day two we will be riding the unique Orcas Island. At this point, riders have the choice of staying the night with us and riding a third day on Lopez Island or heading home. For those of you who will be staying for the third day of riding, we will venture along majestic Lopez island and finish up the day with a ferry ride back to Anacortes where you will head home already anticipating Trek Tri-Island 2009!

What's Provided -

We handle the details -- you enjoy the ride. We provide ferry fares, overnight camping accommodations, a truck to carry your gear, breakfasts, dinners, rest stops, professional bike mechanics and fantastic, experienced support staff. You provide a sense of adventure and fun.

Ride at your own pace -

Trek is unique this year because we will offer two levels of riding each day.  The low mileage loops will appeal to families, children and the recreational rider.  Our more advanced riders will have the option to ride further or challenge themselves by riding up Mt. Constituition on Orcas Island.
