2007 Training Schedule

(properly attired and prepared, of course) are welcome on the low lands hikes in March and April.

*Staying at Whittaker's Bunkhouse in Ashford (360-569-2439) is recommended, as it helps your preparation for the climb the following day and you can travel as a group into Rainier National Park. You are responsible for these overnight arrangements during training.
All the climbs are designed to expose you to climbing and training as a team. Most climbers will find it necessary to add other climbs in addition to a regular exercise program in preparation for a Mount Rainier summit climb.
Please feel free to contact myself or the other trainers with questions or concerns regarding training or equipment. - Mark Anderson
